You will be responsible for developing custom themes and plugins, performing regular maintenance, and implementing best practices in security and performance. Your expertise will help our agency deliver high-quality, reliable digital solutions that exceed client expectations.

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs.
• Perform regular maintenance, including WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect websites from vulnerabilities.
• Optimize website performance, including load times, caching, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure cohesive and effective website projects.
• Manage backups, SSL renewals, and hosting configurations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements to existing client websites.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress core, custom themes, and plugin development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with performance optimization and responsive design.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing them in WordPress.
• Familiarity with MySQL database management and version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with modern page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and API integrations is preferred.
